We’ll check in, exploring what’s coming up, and work on practical tools and next steps. You’ll need a quiet, confidential space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.


In-Person Psychotherapy Sessions

In-person sessions take place in a comfortable office in Toronto’s Annex. We’ll check in, explore what’s coming up, and work together on practical tools and next steps.
